About
Built by people who never left the floor.
AGW Consulting is a software company staffed by working aircraft technicians. We spent seven years in Part 145 maintenance watching good people lose time and money to problems the right tools should have caught — then we built the tool we wished we had.
Our story
Years of wrenches, one persistent frustration.
We came into aviation the way a lot of good technicians do — on the line first, then into a Part 145 shop. Going on seven years later we are still certified A&P technicians, still on the floor. But we also write software, and that combination is the whole point.
That is where the idea came from. Two things kept repeating: avoidable human error, and work that quietly ate far more time than it should have — a part left waiting for weeks when it could have been ordered on day one. We were not just looking at a shop-floor problem. We could see the software that would finally solve it, and we could build it.
So AGW Consulting started in 2026, out of Miami, for a reason bigger than any one shop. Too much of the industry runs on software that is already dated, falling behind technology that is ready to move it forward. We exist to close that gap, and Stratos is what we built to do it.

What we hold to
Three things we will not trade away.
The trade sets the standard
Our requirements come from doing the work — turning spanners, chasing paperwork, waiting on a part that should have been ordered on day one. We build for problems we have hit ourselves, which is why our software fits how the job is actually done rather than how a spec sheet imagines it.
People keep the authority
Aviation taught us that a certified person has to own the call — legally, and because accountability makes the work safer. Stratos advises, flags and calculates. It never authorises.
Records you can defend
A record you cannot defend is worse than no record. Every change Stratos records is traceable to a person and a time, the audit trail is designed in from the first line rather than bolted on afterwards, and this site holds none of it — your data lives in Stratos and nowhere else.
What we build
One product, built for the floor.
Stratos is Part 145 shop management: work orders, task cards, parts and tooling, certifying-staff sign-off and a compliance trail that holds up to an audit. It is built with the habit aircraft maintenance drills into you — procedure, traceability and a refusal to hand-wave — and it runs on its own subdomain with its own database, so this site never touches a shop’s records.
